Due to continued success and expansion, We are actively seeking Appointment Schedulers / Sales Lead Generators.
Our client offers a wide range of services and you will be required to arrange confirmed follow-up calls, leads and appointments for the dedicated sales teams. In doing so you will provide potential customers with a professional and courteous service whilst trying to develop long–term relationships.
Call potential customer from existing database and assist in the generation of sales
Assist in the development of potential customer contact lists
Generate advantageous contacts and leads for the sales teams
Ensure all potential customer data and contact details are kept up to date with the companies CRM system
Participate in product projects and other promotional activities when required
Ensure potential customers are dealt with in a professional, friendly and efficient manner while informing them of the companies products and services
Any other duties as required to fulfil the needs of the role
A minimum of 1 years customer service experience
Have an excellent telephone manner
A proven ability to build relationships with people at all levels
Be self-motivated and goal oriented
An ability to maintain professional and calm at all times
Previous experience working as part of a larger team
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and ask relevant questions
£18,000k starting salary. There will also be a commission scheme as part of the package.
