The main responsibilities will be to promote an excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have previous call handling experience
• Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Be conscientious with a good attention to detail
• Be punctual, reliable and committed to the role long term
• Be a good team player with a positive attitude
• Be flexible with working hours Experience required:
• Essential to have Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths or the equivalent
• Previous Call handling experience in a relevant environment
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to meet set performance targets
• Working knowledge of MS Office, email and internet
